Last Days for Free $45 Uber Credit and Free $50 LYFT Credit

Two quick deals, related to free rides from two different, on demand car services.

I posted this last week but its the last days for a FREE $45 credit towards your first ride with Uber as long as you signup before 4/25. There are two quick steps to get $45 added to your Uber account (first time users only).

  1. You must sign up via a referral link to get the initial $20 credit. Please consider using my referral link here (I will also receive a $20 credit after your first ride).
  2. Once your account is setup, under Promotions, enter the code HIPMUNK. This will give you an additional $25 credit if you take a ride by 5/30. All together, that’s $45 in FREE Uber rides.

Similar to Uber, LYFT is an on-demand car service, that is slowly expanding across the US (thought not in NYC yet). You need to download their app from the Android or Apple store and signup for an account. After creating an account, enter the code SLICKDEALS for $50 in credits towards a free ride! It’s as simple as that!

$20 Off your First Trip on Uber…Expires on 4/25!

This isn’t really related to points & miles per se but this is still a great deal I wanted to pass along before it expired. If you signup for Uber directly, there are generally no credits but if you are referred by an existing user you can get $20 in free credits to use on your first Uber ride!

Until, 4/25 Uber is offering new users $20 in credit to take off their first ride if they sign up for Uber by 4/25. If you signup after 4/25, you will only get $10 in credit to use towards your first ride. The best part is you do not need to actually use them by 4/25 to get the $20 credit – you just need to sign up by 4/25.

In short, sign up before 4/25 to get $20 off your first ride with Uber even if your first ride does not occur until afterwards. By signing up now, you are locking in a free $2o credit – if you wait until 4/26, you will only receive $10 in credit.
